We have a division dedicated to repairs.   We won't try to sell you a new roof when your existing roof still can be repaired.

Think savings, think Cool Roofs and Energy Star roofing.  Some of our roofing systems will be paid for simply by the reduced electricity used to cool your building.  Many systems qualify for Federal Income Tax Credits and if you are in a Florida Power & Light service area, as a FPL Independent Participating Contractor we may be able to assist you in obtaining rebates for energy efficient roofing solutions.

We know coatings.  While some roofing systems won't benefit from coatings, we are certified by many coating manufacturers and can offer manufacturer's labor and materials warranties up to 20 years!  All the while costing less than full replacement systems.  Ask us to qualify your building to see if one of our many systems will work for your budget.  Remember, coatings are considered a maintenance expense so you take the deduction for the cost in the year of the expenditure.
